Young Penrith Fish Frier Nets Prestigious Industry Award Daniel
Harding of Angel Lane Chippie in Penrith, has been named the Young Fish
Frier of the Year at the national Fish & Chip Shop of the Year
competition.
The 21-year-old defeated four other contenders to
claim the title and was presented with his award at the competition
final on 21 January at the Park Plaza Riverbank Hotel in London by
popular celebrity chef, Aldo Zilli.
