Around 150 people took to the sands this afternoon at Arnside to help raise money for the Fishermans Mission. Chips Shop owners, suppliers and others (including several pet dogs) set off at 2.30 to cross the Bay. These charity events dont just provide much needed funding for the Mission but are also a great opportunity to meet other people in the trade, promote your shop and are a good team building exercise for your staff.
