An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Onshore Training Advisor to join the Onshore Training Team based in Grimsby at Seafish.

We are seeking a full time Onshore Training Advisor to join us on an initial fixed term contract until 31st March 2021. This role is supporting the development and delivery of onshore training in the UK seafood industry by Seafish approved training providers, Seafood Academy Partners, Seafood Training Networks and others.

In this role, you^ll work closely with the National Learning and Standards Manager promoting learning and development opportunities to seafood employers, helping to support a community of training providers and providing advice and guidance on onshore training. In this role there will be opportunities for travel throughout the UK and to undertake professional development.

If you have experience of working in the seafood or food industries, a recognised qualification in learning and development or two years experience of learning and development, effective project management and excellent written and spoken communication skills, we^d love to hear from you. A degree is desirable but not essential.
