JJ Food Service Launches Wild, Line-Caught Icelandic Fish

National wholesaler JJ Food Service has launched a new range of wild, line-caught, fully traceable and individually quick frozen (IQF) Icelandic cod and haddock.

Using the hook and line method, wild fish are caught live and stored on ice in prime condition before being filleted and frozen. The result is a consistently high-quality, natural filletwith minimal environmental impact. The fish are sustainably sourced and fullytraceable.
