NFFF associate member and Sunflower Oil specialist FlavOil are exhibiting at IFE 2017 at the Excel centre in London’s rapidly developing docklands. The IFE show is the biggest food expo held in the UK and is held once every two years.

Although it is not aimed directly at the Fish & Chips industry, it is a huge show and there is a lot of interesting stands, condiments, ingredients, equipment and a glimpse into what the public might be looking out for in the future. Fish & chips is always going to be a great dish and will gain in recognitions as regards to health and nutrition. There are new trends and products that will be of interest to many of us in the industry.
